Overcoming Resistance!

At the age of 17, I was a mess. I didn't know who I was. I had stepped fully into the world's ways and in 2 short years, reaped ruin and destruction, in my search for 'happiness.'

It's hard to imagine, Joan of Arc, as a young girl having such passion, love for God, and eternal perspective.

Seen in this artwork, the battle between dark and light, evil and good. Joan discovers her purpose at a young age. Though it would eventually take her life, she will always be celebrated for her mission of great courage. Standing before kings, and religious powers, she fulfilled the assignment God had given her.

She wondered how many great Warriors fell,

Never to Rise again.

She did not want to be a casualty.

This was an enemy camp

There were no rules of engagement

There was no honor,

These were ruthless, heartless evil rulers

That had no respect for life.

She would not give the enemy the satisfaction anymore

She only wanted to give the glory to God

Her King, her Deliverer, her Rescuing Knight.
